Day 46 #100DaysOfSelfLove

After a few days of rest and relaxation, I got up this morning ready to tackle my to-do list. First up, a mat pilates class with my fav bae Keisha at her beautiful studio The Well in Manhattan Beach. Keisha always kicks my abs (and for this I’m grateful!). Self-love sometimes means getting a good ab kicking. Taking care of our bodies is so important for overall health and wellbeing (says the girl who has been on both sides of the spectrum... I’m so much more balanced and happier when I’m working out). Take care of yourself, your mind/body/spirit will thank you 🙌🏼
