Day 98 #100DaysOfSelfLove
I've been thinking a lot about fear lately, mostly how I used to be filled with it. Physically, I would often be jumped or startled by things (noises, movements, etc.). Mentally, I would be afraid to change even though I know I needed to. Fear was running through my body. Over the last ten years, my spiritual practices of yoga, meditation, and gratitude have cleared the fear. I am a calmer person all round now. Self-love essentially kicked fear out of my life. Self-love is the absence of fear.
