Self-love means taking care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. All three of these aspects have to be in balance to have a balanced life. I’ve recently become a big fan of spin class. I love the loud music, the motivational mantras, and the endorphin rush. I went to DIG Cycle & Strength last week and came outta there with such a high.
